Similarly, CJIE1 alone was found more frequently in STs 42 and 50. Associations of CJIE1 alone with other STs were less certain due to the small number of isolates detected for each ST. All isolates belonging to STs 137, 429, and 939 carried CJIE1, but only 2–3 isolates of each ST were available.
