We present the initial case of primary PCL successfully managed through the upfront application of a novel treatment regimen comprising Venetoclax and daratumumab, combined with intensive chemotherapy and allogeneic transplantation. A 59-year-old female patient was the subject of a case report, exhibiting epistaxis, bleeding gums, and a visual disturbance. The medical examination revealed a pale patient with multiple petechiae and an enlarged liver. Fundoscopy examination demonstrated the presence of retinal hemorrhages.
